At Hairitage by Mindy, we want you to love your hair journey; if a product isn't the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, only unused and unopened items are eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused hair care products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
